About the Conference

Activities for the Learning and Performance Strategies Conference are designed to address learning and performance issues among three different professional groups:

Performance consultants who must stay abreast of emerging learning and performance techniques and approaches.
Instructional designers and developers who wish to expand their professional skills and refine their approach to design and execution.
Managers of learning and performance groups who need to increase the effectiveness of their teams.

Conference sessions offer application-level instruction. After attending this conference, participants will be equipped to apply new skills as soon as they return to work. Every session focuses on best practices, streamlining techniques, and expert tips for learning and performance initiatives. The new skills will enable them to work more quickly and more effectively, resulting in more economical training implementations for their organizations.
